As a general contractor specializing in remodels and additions, Portland Restoration Services has responded to a growing demand for a greater utilization of homeowner's outdoor spaces. Given the challenges of the varying climate conditions, our customers seek larger and more durable decks and patios, together with the amenities to allow them to use the space more often then they currently are able to. One of the prime considerations, homeowners have about covered spaces is that they did want the space to feel dark nor appreciably darken the adjacent rooms. Many customers had older fiberglass or aluminum covers which were unsightly and no longer met these needs.
